You will work in the IT Support team which is responsible for providing a secure and well-functioning workplace. Your main goal is to make everyone’s business tasks to be as efficient as possible.

This is how you tackle your day. You: 

• Are the primary contact for all employees and their ICT-related issues;
• Solve issues independently or transfer them to a second line colleague if necessary;
• Will be the key contact for our IT-suppliers;
• Proactively be initiating projects;
• Take the responsibility for uptime, performance, security and service level adherence;
• Define policies and guidelines;
• Keep your knowledge up-to-date and foresee possible changes in the field.

You are someone who enjoys helping people and help them solve their IT-related issues. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to find different ways to attack a problem while keeping your head cool in the process. You strive to improve continuously and are focused on self-development.

Profile

• You have a MBO/HBO degree and or an IT related study;
• You are fluent in English and/or in Dutch;
• You have previous experience in a similar position in IT;
• You have an ITIL Certification and knowledge with Active Directory;
• You set priorities, you can juggle tasks, and you meet your deadlines.
