As Student Talent Sourcer at West Coast Supply Group, your main mission is to find the right people for our company. People that match our ambitious goals and fit our multicultural company.

You will search for young professionals with diverse backgrounds, from commercial roles, to legal, logistic, finance and IT. You will be also involved in recruitment marketing and recruitment strategy planning, where all your creativity will be needed.

This is how you tackle your day. You:

• Use sourcing tools and techniques to search and attract candidates;
• Maintain database of skilled candidates;
• Complete administrative task to support the recruitment team and perform other duties as assigned;

• Send out bulk emails to prospective candidates;
• Assist teams in screening resumes, analyzing CVs, and LinkedIn profiles;
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
• Coordinate recruitment events.

A communicative, curious, and organized person, who wants to go the extra mile supporting the Recruitment team while gaining a lot of experience in an international trading company.

Profile

• You are in the final phase of your HBO bachelor's degree (HR, Psychology, communications...);

• You live in the neighborhood of Leiden;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch;
• You are available for at least 16 hours, which you can divide over more days;
• You are familiar with the recruitment lifecycle;
• You have a problem-solving aptitude;

• You set priorities, you can juggle tasks, and you meet your deadlines.
