As Assistant-Controller you will be part of our Accounting Team and responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the financial administration of West Coast Supply Group and all relevant finance areas (compliance, reporting).

You will report directly to the Manager Accounting.

This is how you tackle your day:

• Monthly contribution to the financial closing of all group entities;
• Monthly reporting of an accurate and complete reconciled consolidated profit and loss and balance sheet and management reports;
• Supporting in quarterly and year-end closures;
• Supporting in analyzing financial data;
• Monitoring (international) compliance regulation;
• Contributing in continuously improving the financial and operational processes;
• Participate in (financial) projects (implementing ERP-system, set-up new entities);
  
• Coordinate and periodical communication with direct reports (Manager Accounting);
  
• Monitoring and optimalization of administrative processes.

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Finance & Control, or comparable (SPD, HOFAM);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable occupation. Preferably within an Audit Firm with increasing independency and responsibility;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft F&O/Navision);
• You have a decent knowledge of Dutch GAAP;
• Good communication skills (internally and externally);
• Good oral and written expressiveness in Dutch and English;
• Currently living in the Netherlands.
