Process Specialist

As our new Process Specialist you will be responsible for the full process with our biggest supplier and partner. You get the space to shape this new function and create and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders . You understand the end to end process from operational, control and commercial perspective. You improve the logistic process and reach business targets.

Your day is a dynamic journey of optimizing and enhancing the operations of the division. You'll be diving into data, analyzing historical performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration is a central theme, as you work closely with teams and stakeholders to turn insights into actionable strategies. This involves designing and refining processes to streamline and improve efficiency. Throughout the day, you manage resources and conduct quality checks, address issues, and gather feedback when needed, ensuring that processes are continually improved. Data research is your daily bread. Your role is a blend of adaptability, precision, and strategic thinking, all aimed at driving our division toward success.

As a Process Specialist you report to the Account Manager.

This is what your day looks like. You:

• Generate forecasts based on historical sell out data;
• Generate & monitor pricing & margin structures;
• Monitor and act based on margin & price KPI’s;
• Advise the commercial team based on sales data;
• Monitor the logistic process and improve where needed;
• Manage stock control;
• Set up KPI’s and dashboards to get more control and insight.

This is you!

• You have a bachelor's degree;
  • You have work experience as a Process Specialist or similar role, or proven inclination towards process management;
• You have an excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies;
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• You have the ability to lead and manage cross-functional stakeholders;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• You are fluent in English (both written and verbal). Dutch is a big plus;
• You are living in the Netherlands.
